Robert James Dotter drove in the NASCAR Busch and West Series before switching over to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. In 2000, he won four races and the Most Popular Driver title. Dotter grew up racing against NASCAR legends Mark Martin and Rusty Wallace.
