Ramsey Emmanuel Lewis began taking piano lessons when he was four years old. He joined his first jazz band at the age of 15, and his love for jazz began to blossom. With hits such as “Hang on Sloopy” and “Wade in the Water,” Lewis has become a jazz legend, earning three Grammy Awards and seven gold records. Lewis continues to tour the country for much of the year.
