Voters in 30 precincts in suburban Cook County will have a new polling place for the April 2nd Consolidated Election, Cook County Clerk Karen Yarbrough announced Tuesday.
There are 1,599 precincts in suburban Cook County and nearly 1,000 polling places. While polling places are primarily public buildings, they can change for a variety of reasons, such as safety issues, construction projects or space constraints.
Households impacted by these changes will receive a postcard like the images below.
The list below provides the precinct number by township and the name and address of the new polling place.
